This is a list of the many ministries at Grace Bible Church. We invite you to read over
them carefully, and are sure you will find a place for you and your family. We like to say,

CHILDREN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL
Meets each Sunday at 9:40 a.m. (10:30 a.m. during the summer) throughout the year. There are
classes for every age - toddlers through high school students.
ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL
Meets each Sunday at 9:40 a.m. (10:30 a.m. during the summer) throughout the year. There are
classes for every age group, young adults - senior citizens.
YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY
Is for college and career age through late twenties, and meets each Sunday at 9:40 a.m. (10:30 a.m. during the summer) in the room below the Mother's Room. Peer-led small groups meet weekly for men, at 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays, and for women, at 8:00 p.m. on Mondays. Also, there are regular events for fellowship, fun, and a break from routine. CHILDREN'S CHURCH
Is for children 4 years - 3rd grade. They meet each Sunday during the 2nd half of the 8:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. morning services for a program geared to their level of understanding. Biblical concepts and accounts are presented in engaging formats: stories, games, bible memory work, and sometimes crafts.
PRAYER MEETING
Meets each Wednesday night from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
DRAMA GROUP
Will be meeting on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 7:15 p.m. in the sanctuary. Our sermon-enhancing sketches and dramas are open to your participation if you are high school age - senior citizens. If you have an interest in participating, you are welcome to come!
LADIES' HEART TO HEART BIBLE STUDY
Ladies' Heart to Heart Bible Study offers three options each week: Tuesday or Thursday mornings from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m., or Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., September to May. The format includes worship together in song and prayer, and small group discussions of the lesson, including time for sharing and praying for each other. Occasionally, there is a special speaker/ teacher. Refreshments and good fellowship are always a part of the program. Care is provided for children from birth to Kindergarten for the Thursday morning study only. Newcomers are always welcome.
KEENAGERS SENIOR PROGRAM & LUNCHEON
Is for senior citizens, and meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., October through May. Each month there is a different program, consisting of great talent and devotional, followed by a delicious lunch. There is no charge for either the program or the lunch. Please contact the church office if you are interested.
AWANA PROGRAM "TRUTH & TRAINING"
Is for children 3rd-6th grade, and meets on Tuesday evenings during the school year from 7:00 - 8:45 p.m. Each of the four clubs provides age-related activities for a fun, dynamic approach to learning God's Word, including the gospel message, Scripture memory, Bible study, awards, and team-oriented games. The acronym AWANA comes from the first letters of Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15.
SPARKS AWANA PROGRAM
Is for children K-2nd grade, and meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 - 8:15 p.m. during
the school year. Sparks emphasizes learning basic Bible truths and verse memorization, combined with an atmosphere of fun through age-appropriate games played on the Awana game circle.
SENIOR CHOIR
GBC has an excellent choir which rehearses each Wednesday evening from 8:00 - 9:00 p.m. The
choir is made up of singers from high school age through senior adults. If you like to sing, you are welcome to join!
WORSHIP TEAM
The Worship Team leads the congregation in worship in the 8:15 a.m. contemporary service each week. If you would like to participate as an instrumentalist or vocalist, please contact the church office.
LIVE OUT LOUD
An awesome ministry for 7th and 8th graders that meets Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., with the purpose of learning how to have a closer relationship with Jesus Christ. Throughout the night we have music, worship, prayer, videos, guest speakers, games, prizes, contests, fun and tons of food. There are also at least one and often two socials, parties, or service projects each month.
OASIS
This is a ministry that enables high school students to discover, know, and imitate Christ.
Oasis meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Through a blend of contemporary worship, relevant talks, cool times of prayer, and a lot of great people, students are encouraged to develop a personal and daily time of fellowship with Christ.
SERVING OUR SAVIOR (S.O.S.)
Is a group for women that meets at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Thursday night of each month. There are refreshments, a special speaker each month, and work on different projects throughout the year. The emphasis is missions and the group works. Some of the projects are for our missionaries and some are for the ministries here at Grace. The new season always begins with a kick-off dinner in September. Please contact the church office for more details.
